About

Leadership, culture and change.

Dr. Jamal Nassar is a senior leadership consultant and innovation advisor with UNDP, an executive coach, and educator. For more than twenty years he has designed and led leadership and economic empowerment programmes across Asia Pacific and Africa, working with professionals from over 100 nationalities. He has led organisations through active conflict and guided global teams through mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a PhD in Finance and an MBA, is a Fellow of Advance HE and an ICF credentialed coach, and teaches leadership and enterprise in Manchester. He is the author of a book on financing technopreneurship, the host of The Empowerment Code podcast, and the founder of Nufiniti. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to offer an unmatched perspective with depth and clarity.
