Glocal Leadership coaching program

Learning: This unique and carefully designed Leadership Coaching Model will empower you with deep cultural knowledge backed by research and practice. The program involves a number of exercises including The Leadership Manifesto TLM, vision-board, the IDK reflection exercise and alignment exercises. How to use ET assessment & Passion Activity Matrix PAM to connect with your teams and create a lasting impact. The deepest and most significant learning will mostly come from you through probing questions, insights, realizations, and reflections during or after the coaching sessions. The coaching sessions are tailored to fit the antiquity of SEA and the local working environment.

Outcome: The outcome of each coaching session will be defined before the session. The outcome will depend entirely on your commitment to the process. The process is subject to the International Coaching best practices, it also applies and shares the latest scientific research and breakthroughs in global and local leadership practices. A fusion of creativity is applied through our own tools and exercises like TLM, IDK exercise, PAM tool in combination with our own methodology that is tested across cultural boundaries. At this level, we realize you are looking for value and impact and this is exactly what our coaching package provides. This model is delivered entirely virtually, however, at any point in time a face to face sessions may be arranged.*

Program: This program is available for 6 and 12 months coaching package.
Meetings: 1 virtual meeting a month.
Length: each session is 50 minutes + 10 minutes pre/post session recap.
Access: text and email communication.
Platform: Gotomeetings/ Google Hangout/ Zoom
