About The Program: At this point, your most important goal is to increase your income, diversify and multiply your income sources. This a classic Freelancer Red Ocean FRO phenomena, which means you are only working as hard as the next person competing for the same job, and the only way for you to win is to sell yourself short. Now the key to transforming your freelance career is to move from the FRO to the Freelancer Blue Ocean FBO. FBO can help you break from the freelancer cycle and will provide you with the opportunity not only to grow but evolve into your next higher self as a brand as a business while being a freelance continuing to do what you love to do. We use a number of personal and professional assessments, tools, and methods to help you swim your way to FBO, and that’s exactly what you will need to swim swiftly in the FBO.

If you are a professional freelancer, a participant in the gig economy, the shared service sector or simply an independent practitioner in an established industry, your immediate goal is to take more jobs, submit more proposals and sign more contracts to survive and achieve gradual incremental growth if you are consistent over a long period. In this program, you will learn how to tranform your freelance career using TEM, VB, ET assessment, Passion Activity Matric PAM and IDK tools. You will also learn how to achieve optimum personal and professional Triangulation Alignment. You will basically learn the skills to unleash the freelance enhtrepreneur within and navigate your way from FRO to FBO.

Outcome: The outcome of each coaching session will be defined before the session. The outcome will depend entirely on your commitment to the process. A fusion of innovation and creativity is applied through our own tools and exercises like FBO Toolkit, TEM, IDK, PAM tools in combination with our methodology that is tested across geographical and demographical boundaries. You will benefit from this program by developing the ability to grow your freelance career and apply all the growth tools you need to move to the freelance blue ocean where there is an abundance of opportunities. You will be able to experience continuing growth and develop the capacity to evolve yourself and your practice. At this level, we realize you are looking for value and impact and this is exactly what our coaching package delivers. This model is delivered entirely virtually, however, at any point in time a face to face sessions may be arranged**. In this coaching program you will experience a combination of directive, non-directive coaching style, mentoring and at times step by step guidance.
